Param Dhillon has over 35 years of experience in the engineering field and has lead teams to deliver targeted results within project budget and timeframe. Prabhdeep Lubana B.Tech., P. Eng.
Manager Laboratory Services
Prabhdeep Lubana P. Eng, is a Professional Engineer who brings over 15 years of experience in the Construction industry. His areas of expertise include Highway design, Materials engineering, and Materials testing, Industrial/Commercial and Residential construction project management. He has gained extensive knowledge in Asphalt Mix Designs & amp; materials testing through his involvement in numerous Ministry of Ontario, and Municipal Roads & amp; highway projects throughout Ontario. His experience is based on projects of different sizes for a variety of clientele which ranges from contractors to municipalities, to government agencies. He has been involved in the development and research projects for Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA), MTO, and Municipalities regarding improving the quality and life cycle of Asphalt. Additionally, Prabhdeep has been part of numerous Pavement investigations and design projects during his career, providing expertise on the in-situ pavement conditions and providing recommendations & amp; solutions.
With the mindset of constant learning, coaching, and management abilities, Prabhdeep was able to quickly transition himself from a junior engineer in the construction industry to grab the key positions for various construction projects. Prabhdeep has honed his skills in Project management, tendering, quantity surveying, project scheduling, and cost analysis for various sizes of projects. Leading diverse size teams during his career, he has become a key person in talent acquisition, building teams, and delivering cost-effective projects.
Prabhdeep is also an active member of OAETG committee working towards the balanced mix design approach for Ontario’s Asphalt industry.

Abid Sahi., M.A.Sc., M.Sc., M.I.T., P.Geo., P.Eng.
Manager Geotechnical & Geo-Environmental Services
Abid holds a master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering from York University. He also holds Master's degrees in Engineering Geology - Geohydrology and in Information Technology. He is registered as a Professional Engineer with PEO and Professional Geoscientist with PGO. He is a member of the Canadian Geotechnical Society, Pakistan Geotechnical Engineering Society, Tunneling Association of Canada, and Hong Kong Tunneling Society.
He has over 20 years of experience in various aspects of geo-engineering, including geotechnical, geo-environmental, hydrogeological, geotechnical instrumentations, pavement engineering (both highways and airfield), underground structures (tunnels, shafts, powerhouses, and subway facilities) design and construction supervision. He has also prepared numerous geotechnical investigation and design reports for commercial and residential developments, slopes, bridges, pavement, and culverts. He has been involved in the preparation of geotechnical baseline reports for several projects.
Abid is also experienced in tunnel boring machine (TBM) confinement studies, has worked on TBM dismantling, managed a slurry treatment plant, and designed instrumentation & monitoring requirements for construction projects. In addition, he has experience in design and calculation of support requirements for underground structures in soft / hard rock and mixed ground. He has been involved in P3/AFP projects, from the proposal phase to design and construction supervision, and has been involved in writing the geotechnical portion of Project Agreements and Project Specific Output Specifications.

Nick Sibilia, A.Sc.T., rcji.
Manager Quality Assurance
Nick Sibilia, brings over 20 years of experience in the laboratory, field and as a Project Manager. His areas of expertise include laboratory testing on granular, soils and concrete,
concrete testing and design, bridge inspections, California and inertial profilograph smoothness testing, geotechnical drilling and investigations, and nuclear radiation safety. He has gained a solid background in materials testing through his involvement in numerous Ministry of Ontario highway projects throughout Ontario. His expertise is based on projects of different sizes for a variety of clientele which range from contractors to municipalities, to government agencies. He has taken part in development and research projects involving chemical admixtures for concrete research.
Through hard work and the willingness to learn, Nick was able to quickly transition from field technician to lab technician and then to lab supervisor.
Organized, anticipating client’s needs and meeting timelines as a lab supervisor, the promotion to Project Manager was a merited advancement. As Project Manager, he further honed his skills which included project set up, budgeting, cost analysis, and ensuring services are delivered to the client in a timely manner.

Jim Misketi A.Sc.T., rcji.
Manager Field Services
With 24 years of combined experience in Civil Engineering and infrastructure construction in Ontario, Jim has a long and proven track record of success in the industry. He has been fortunate to work with some of the best and in turn, has had the opportunity to grow and advance his varied skills over the years.
As a manager, radiation safety officer, and now owner, Jim has established and maintained effective working relationships with many municipalities, consultants, contractors, and small businesses within the construction industry. As well, Jim has been able to experience new methods of construction, work with innovative construction materials and equipment while giving back to the industry through Technical Presentations and training courses which he has been fortunate enough to be a part of.
His expertise in construction and engineering has allowed him to work on Municipal Construction & ; Inspection Projects, Infrastructure & Transit Systems, Military Base Construction, MTO Highway Construction Projects, Airport Paving & Reconstruction, Pavement Void Investigations, Pavement Distress Inspections & Evaluations, Construction Materials Testing & Inspection, Research, and Development Projects, and Geotechnical Inspections. The construction and engineering field has been a passion of his for a long time and will continue to be for years to come.
